Whether you are preparing for a difficult conversation, struggling to set a boundary, feeling emotionally reactive, or unsure how to communicate without escalating, this is a space to slow down and work through it thoughtfully.

This is not therapy, and it is not open-ended coaching.

It is practical, reflective support designed to help you respond with intention rather than react from overwhelm.

In our 1:1 sessions, we focus on how you show up in moments that matter:

• When relationships are important, but so is your integrity

Together, we look at what is happening beneath the surface, how your nervous system is responding, and what language will help you communicate clearly without abandoning yourself.

• Regulation first, so your body and mind can settle
• Clarity around what matters most in the situation
• Language that reflects your values, boundaries, and intention
• Practical tools you can use immediately

This is not about fixing you.

It is about helping you move through conversations with steadiness, confidence, and self-trust.

• 50-minute private session
• $225 CAD per session
• Virtual session via Zoom
• Limited availability

For those seeking deeper integration, multi-session support may be offered where appropriate.
