HELPING YOU STAY CALM IN CONFLICT, COMMUNICATE WITH CLARITY, AND PROTECT THE RELATIONSHIPS THAT MATTER MOST
You know the moment when your chest tightens, your thoughts race, and your voice doesn’t come out the way you intended, right when you need calm the most.
Or the moment after a conversation, when you replay it in your mind, wishing you had said things differently.
I know those moments well. I have lived them.
And they are the reason I do this work.
My name is Jana Rajeh.
I am a Conflict and Communication Educator, Speaker, and Workshop Facilitator, helping individuals and organizations navigate difficult conversations with calm, clarity, and self-respect.
For more than a decade, I have worked across government, corporate, and humanitarian sectors, from Global Affairs Canada to organizations across the UAE. In every boardroom, every team, and every community, I noticed the same pattern.
People are not struggling because they lack intelligence, capability, or good intentions. They are struggling because no one taught them how to stay grounded when emotions rise and conversations become charged.
When we are not regulated, we cannot communicate clearly.
When communication breaks down, relationships suffer at work, at home, and within ourselves.
Why this work matters to me
My understanding of emotional intelligence began long before I had language for it.
It was shaped by teachers who showed me the importance of choosing my environment wisely.
By professors who introduced me to grounded presence and thoughtful reflection.
By leaders who modeled calm under pressure during moments of crisis.
And by my parents, whose resilience and courage as immigrants formed the foundation of who I am.
Those experiences shaped the heartbeat of my work. Helping people regulate, communicate, and connect, even when conversations feel difficult.
The three pillars behind everything I teach
Over years of lived experience, research, and teaching, my approach has evolved into three core pillars:
Self-Regulation
Learning how to stay calm, clear, and steady under pressure.
Communication
Expressing yourself with clarity, boundaries, and intention, without escalation.
Connection
Building trust, repairing relationships, and strengthening psychological safety, with others and with yourself.
Every keynote, workshop, private session, and learning resource I create is grounded in these pillars.
What I help people do
Through my work, individuals and teams learn how to:
Communicate clearly when the moment feels big
Set boundaries without guilt or defensiveness
Respond thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively
Navigate conflict with greater calm, clarity, and confidence
Build stronger, healthier relationships at work and at home
Because when you change how you show up in moments of tension, you change more than a single conversation. You change your relationships, your leadership, your confidence, and your future.
My approach
My speaking and private session work blends:
Evidence-based psychology and emotional intelligence
Practical tools that hold up in real-world conversations
Insights shaped by government, humanitarian, and corporate experience
A calm, grounded presence that people trust
I am not here to make you perfect.
I am here to help you feel grounded, articulate, and steady, even in conversations you once avoided.
When you change how you communicate, you change everything.
That is the work I am here to do.
