MEET JANA

I believe some of the most important moments in our lives happen during difficult conversations.

A disagreement with someone we love. A conversation we've been avoiding. A moment that leaves us questioning our place, our voice, or our sense of belonging.

Those are the moments that have shaped my work.

I'm Jana Rajeh, a speaker, facilitator, and relational educator exploring conflict, culture, and belonging.

Through workshops, writing, and practical resources, I help people understand what difficult relationship moments may be revealing, communicate with greater clarity, and navigate conversations without losing themselves in the process.

My experiences across different cultures, communities, workplaces, and relationships have taught me that conflict is rarely just about the words being exchanged. Often, beneath the surface are deeper questions about safety, dignity, identity, and belonging.

Those experiences continue to shape the questions I ask, the way I teach, and the work I'm committed to building.

My career has taken me through government, banking, beauty, communications, and community organizations. Across each role, I became increasingly interested in one question:

Why do some conversations bring people closer, while others create distance?

I believe people deserve relationships where they feel safe to speak honestly, workplaces where dignity is protected, and communities where belonging is more than simply fitting in.

Beyond my educational work, I volunteer with organizations supporting newcomers, refugees, and community initiatives across Ontario. These experiences continue to deepen my understanding of belonging as both an emotional and practical human need.

Beyond the Work

A few things that continue to shape the way I see people, relationships, and the world.

🇱🇧🇨🇦 Lebanese-Canadian, shaped by two cultures and a deep appreciation for identity, belonging, and community.

🤝 Volunteer supporting newcomers, refugee communities, and local organizations across Ontario.

Most at home over coffee and a meaningful conversation about relationships, psychology, or life.

📚 Always learning, always reading, asking questions, and exploring what helps people communicate with greater clarity and compassion.

💛 I believe curiosity is one of the greatest forms of respect. Everyone has a story worth understanding.

Let's Keep the Conversation Going

Whether you're looking for a speaker, workshop facilitator, thoughtful resources, or one-on-one communication support, I'd be honoured to connect.
