I know that moment well, because I’ve lived it too.
And it’s the reason I do this work.
I’m Jana Rajeh.
Conflict resolution Expert, speaker, and educator in communication, self-regulation, and human connection.
For over a decade, I’ve worked across government, corporate, and humanitarian sectors, from Global Affairs Canada to organizations in the UAE.
I’ve witnessed something consistent in every boardroom, every team, and every community:
People aren’t struggling because they’re not smart or capable.
They’re struggling because no one taught them how to stay grounded when emotions take over.
And when we don’t feel regulated, we can’t communicate clearly.
When we can’t communicate clearly, our relationships suffer; at home, at work, and with ourselves.
Why this work matters to me
My life has been shaped by people who taught me emotional intelligence long before I knew the term existed:
My high school teacher, who taught me the power of choosing my environment wisely
My university professor, who introduced me to Taoism and the art of grounded presence
Leaders who modeled calm under pressure during humanitarian crises
My parents, whose resilience and courage as immigrants shaped the foundation of who I am
Their influence formed the heartbeat of my work:
teaching people how to communicate, regulate, and connect, even in moments that feel hard.

Over years of work, research, lived experience, and teaching, my approach evolved into three core pillars:
