Coaching may briefly explore the past, but it’s primarily focused on where you are now and where you want to go. It’s action-oriented, growth-driven, and designed to help you move forward with more clarity, emotional regulation, and self-trust.

No, I am not a medical provider and therefore do not accept insurance. Coaching is not considered a medical service and is typically paid for out of pocket.

Each 60-minute session is virtual and tailored to you. We’ll work through something real - a relationship dynamic, a conflict, a communication challenge and explore practical tools to help you move forward. You’ll leave each session with clarity, emotional grounding, and a next step.

It depends on your goals. Some clients book one session to work through a specific challenge, while others choose a monthly coaching package to deepen their emotional skills over time. We can decide what’s right for you during your discovery call.
